Banquet RSVP and Tickets – Girl’s Water Polo

Location: Cypress Community Center (255 Visions, Irvine CA)
Food: Lucille’s BBQ (meat and vegetarian options available)

For athletes whose families have made donations of $400 or more (suggested family contribution) to the team, your banquet meal is “prepaid” and included through your family donation. For athletes whose families have not made a team donation, we are requesting a donation of $25 per athlete – this is to cover the cost of your banquet meal. Please note that these banquet costs are not tax-deductible. All guests are $25 per person.

Please RSVP w/ payment as soon as possible. Your RSVP is only confirmed by payment. We have a maximum capacity of 95 and WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING AT DOOR RSVPS. There will also be a price increase to $30 AFTER Saturday, February 23.

Coaches Gifts: the recommended donation for honoring our coaches is $20 per family but you can donate any amount.

Other donations: please consider contributing to our girl’s water polo team, if you have not already done so. The suggested donation is $400 per player. Northwood Girl’s Water Polo operates on donations. Please note that all donations are tax-deductible and are 100% allocated to the team. The TAX ID # is 33-0857908

NO CHECKS – If you are unable to pay by venmo or cash, please contact Rina Buting (by text) at 714 566-4630. You can complete payment by:

1. Venmo @Rina-Lintag for your amount or
2. Place cash into an envelope and give it to Sarah Buting or Coach Kyle. Please make sure to put your athlete’s name on the envelope and include your email address, so that we can confirm receipt if paying by cash
