Serving Suggestions for Freshly Baked Pies:
- Slice and heat each piece in microwave for 30 seconds. Pies can be stored up to 3 days at room temperature and 4-5 days if refrigerated
Serving Suggestions for Frozen (Unbaked) Pies:
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Thaw the pie 30 minutes prior to baking. Frozen pies take a little more time to bake.
- Remove from box and remove plastic wrap.
- Place the pie on a baking sheet to catch the juices.
- Normal baking time is 1 ½ hours. Individual oven temperatures may vary. When the juices bubble it will ensure that your pie is done. Bake your pie for the full time required. Note: If your pie is browning too quickly lower the temperature slightly.
- For apple pie only, test for doneness by inserting a small knife into the center. If there is any resistance, continue baking, retesting every ten minutes.
- Carefully remove pie from oven and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
